What are the Store Policies?
Destination Shipping Policy
I ship to locations in the United States and Canada.
I also ship to most international locations, please contact me for shipping rates BEFORE you make your purchases.
Combined Shipping Policy
I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items that you purchase from me.
Payment Policy
International orders MUST be paid only through Paypal.
US Orders: I accept payments through Paypal as well as checks or money orders. When paying with check or money order, please make payment to Tamera Berning and include a printed copy of your invoice with your payment. Orders paid with check or money order will have a 7 day delay in shipping.
Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after your payment has been cleared. Orders paid with check or money order will be delayed 7 days to allow the payment to clear at the bank.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service using First Class or Priority Mail if packaged order weighs over 13 ounces. All orders will also be shipped with Delivery Confirmation.
Shipping insurance is optional, but highly recommended.
I will notify you via email to let you know when our order has been shipped. I will also include the Delivery Confirmation number so that you can track your purchase through USPS.com.
Return Policy
Yes, I have a return policy.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact me within 48 hours after you have received your order in the mail.
If you wish to return the item, please return it in the original condition that you received it in.
When I have received the item that you are returning, you will be issued a refund, an exchange, or a credit, whatever you choose, equal to your purchase price. I do not refund any shipping costs.
